ANKARA (IGFA) – Saying that only 10.4 percent of the US$1 billion requested in the United Nations “flash appeal” for Turkey has been provided to date, UNDP called on international donors to provide additional support.
Announcing that analysis of damage and recovery costs is ongoing, UNDP said that when these studies are completed, they will form the basis for calls for participation in an EU donors conference to be held this month in Brussels.
