SHAFAQNA Türkiye – Mehmet Ojaseki, Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, made a written statement about the Transformation in Place project. Saying that a new era has begun in the reconstruction and construction of the earthquake zone, Ojaszeki said: “There is support in this model for our citizens who want to transform their homes on site. This project provides grant support and easy repayment loans to transform housing and jobs. Through the on-site transformation project, we are preserving the ancient neighborhood culture in the earthquake zone and restoring 11 cities with their squares, bazaars, ancient buildings, historical silhouettes and values. A new era is beginning in revival and construction,” he said.

APPLICATIONS CAN BE SUBMITTED THROUGH ELECTRONIC GOVERNMENT

Grant of TL 500,000 for residential buildings, TL 250,000 for jobs, TL 500,000 to 800,000 for residential buildings, TL 250,000 for jobs, for disaster victims who will build their own structures in place in the provinces in the earthquake zone, which was announced by Minister Ožaseki on July 7. Applications for the project, which provides the opportunity to use interest-free loans from a thousand to 500 thousand Turkish liras, can be submitted through e-government from July 17. Citizens will be able to get detailed information about the project at the ALO 181 Call Center. In addition, two mobile trucks owned by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change will serve in the region to inform and promote the Transformation in Place project.
