Applications in EYT exceeded 1.5 million!

SHAFAQNA Türkiye – The Law to Amend the Law on Social Insurance and General Health Insurance, which includes provisions for pensioners (EYT), and Law-Decree No. 375 came into force after publication in the Official Gazette.

Thanks to the decree, hundreds of thousands of people were able to retire. With the introduction of the resolution, 2 million 250 thousand people have the right to a pension at the first stage.

The rights holders approached SSI for the applications, which were launched on March 3rd.

APPLICATIONS EXCEED 1.5 MILLION.

Since the entry into force of the EYT ruling, the number of pension applicants has exceeded 1.5 million people. Some applicants have also completed the monthly bonding process.

MONEY IS PAID STARTING FROM THE MONTH AFTER THE PATTERN IS ISSUED

Pensions are paid from the beginning of the month following the submission of the pension application. The date of filing the application affects the time of receipt of the salary.

SSK and BAĞ-KUR members must apply by March 31st to receive their monthly salary in April. For civil servants and civil servants, the pension application period ended in April.

FIRST PAYMENTS WILL BE PAYED FROM APRIL 1

EYT members who apply by March 31st will start receiving their first salary from April 1st. Copyright holders can check the status of their applications.

In e-government, the process can be followed from the CGC document tracking service or from the CGC provincial and district offices.

EYT members will also receive a holiday bonus.

Vedat Bilgin, Minister of Labor and Social Security, announced that 15.6 million pensioners, including those who retire within the retirement age (EYT), will receive holiday bonuses that will be increased to 2,000 lira.

SSI STAFF WILL BE PAID FOR 3 MONTHS OF OVERHAUL

Overtime wages will be paid for 3 months to JGC staff assigned to accelerate work on retirement applications. A proposal in this regard will be added to the package of proposals that will be included in the agenda of the Assembly.

Overtime wages, which are 27 lira per hour, will be increased to 51 lira, an increase of 88 percent.
