How are fuel prices calculated?

When calculating petrol and diesel prices in Turkey, the VAT-free refinery sales price is calculated by adding the share of SCT and EMRA to the duty-free refinery price.

The calculation of the duty-free refinery price takes into account the daily prices of CIF Mediterranean products published on the Mediterranean-Italian market and the daily dollar exchange rate, and the marginal sales price of the duty-free refinery is obtained with a certain difference in price change.
