ANKARA (IGFA) – In its Regional Economic Prospects report released today by the EBRD, economic indicators indicate that Turkey has started 2023 strongly, but the negative effects of earthquakes are starting to show.
A report from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development expects the production shock caused by the earthquake to be less than 1 percent this year, but recalled that the burden of restructuring, according to official figures, will exceed $100 billion.
