  •  9 lasagna sheets

  •  1 onion

How to make lasagna?

Chop the onion and sauté in olive oil. Finely chop the garlic and mix it with the onion. Add the minced meat and cook on high heat for 10 minutes. Add salt.

 Peel the carrots, cut into cubes and add to the minced meat. Add the celery stalks and peppers by chopping them 1 cm thick.

 Grate 2 tomatoes and add to the mince mixture along with water and cook on medium heat.

 Add the diced tomatoes and spices and cook for 1-2 more minutes, then remove from the stove.

 For the béchamel sauce, melt the butter. Add the flour and fry until golden brown. Add the milk little by little and continue mixing.

 Add salt and grated nutmeg and cook until thickened. Spread a small amount of bechamel sauce on the bottom of the casserole dish.

 Stack three lasagnas on top of each other. Spread 1/3 of the bechamel sauce and half of the minced meat on it. Sprinkle some cheddar cheese on top and place the lasagna on top. Repeat the same process.

 After pouring bechamel sauce and sprinkling cheddar cheese on it, bake it in the oven at 200 degrees until it turns golden brown.

 Remove from the stove and let it rest for 5 minutes, then slice and serve.
