SAFAKNA TURKEY- The International Monetary Fund has approved support for Ukraine in the amount of $15.6 billion.
The board of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) has approved a $15.6 billion aid package for Ukraine for four years, Shafagna said.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky said: “I am grateful to the International Monetary Fund and the head of the International Monetary Fund, Kristalina Georgieva, for approving a new four-year support program for Ukraine in the amount of $15.6 billion. This support is an important support in our fight against Russia. Together we support the economy.
Earlier this month, the International Monetary Fund and Ukraine agreed on staffing levels for a range of macroeconomic and fiscal policies, supported by the Fund’s new 48-month reform extension (EFF).
