PERFORMANCE COMPENSATION IS ALSO INCREASED
Along with the new minimum wage, many pay items in labor and social security will be redefined, as well as increases in the minimum monthly precautionary payment, severance pay, and breastfeeding allowance. With the increase in the minimum wage in July, severance pay will accrue on the last gross salary. For those who have left their jobs, the gross figure of the new minimum wage will apply in the calculation.
