ERDOGAN’S PROMISE OF “QUALITY AND SAFE WORK”

The increase will take into account many factors, such as the annual difference in inflation and the employer’s insurance burden. The increase in the minimum wage is estimated at 20, 30, 40 percent. In case of an increase of 20%, 12 thousand 10 lira gross, 10 thousand 200 lira net, in case of an increase of 30% net 11 thousand 50 lira, 13 thousand 10 lira gross, in case of an increase of 40 percent net 11 thousand 908 lira, gross 14 thousand lire It will be 1 thousand 11 lire. 41 percent of the total number of insurance companies, of which 7 million 131 thousand work with the minimum wage. Raising the minimum wage indirectly affects all citizens.
PERFORMANCE COMPENSATION IS ALSO INCREASED
Along with the new minimum wage, many pay items in labor and social security will be redefined, as well as increases in the minimum monthly precautionary payment, severance pay, and breastfeeding allowance. With the increase in the minimum wage in July, severance pay will accrue on the last gross salary. For those who have left their jobs, the gross figure of the new minimum wage will apply in the calculation. The minimum wage is set to cover all activities and the employer cannot pay less than this wage.
SHORT JOB, UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFIT IS ALSO INCREASING
The increase in the minimum wage affects many people, from employers to those with general health insurance, from those with supplementary insurance, to women who do tarkhana at home, from those receiving unemployment insurance, to those who borrows domestically and abroad.
