The communiqué of the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources on the procedure and principles for the termination of energy consumption fees during the state of emergency was published in the Official Gazette and entered into force. Accordingly, in the 11 provinces affected by the February 6 earthquakes, electricity and natural gas bills whose houses or workplaces were destroyed, which had to be urgently demolished and sustained severe and moderate damage, were written off.
