SHAFAQNA TURKEY – The Turkish Statistical Institute has released data on the economic confidence index for March.
Accordingly, if in February the indicator was 99.1, then in March it decreased by 0.2 percent to 98.8.
The consumer confidence index, on the other hand, fell 2.9 percent on a monthly basis to 80.1 in March.
Over the same period, the real sector confidence index rose 1.7 percent to 104.1.
The construction sector confidence index fell 1.5 percent to 88.5.
While the service sector confidence index rose 1.1 percent to 116.8, the retail confidence index fell 4.4 percent to 117.7.
